I'm a revenue operations strategist based in the Philippines, specializing in lead generation, CRM management, and research operations. I don't just fill in spreadsheets — I build the SOPs, scoring frameworks, and trackers that make research repeatable across a team.

Challenge

E-BI needed a steady, high-quality flow of verified B2B prospects for outreach — without sacrificing accuracy for speed.

Used LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io to filter target companies and decision-makers by role and fit, verified every email, and organized structured lead lists ready for CRM and outreach use.

What's your turnaround time?

It varies by project scope — a small research batch might turn around in a day or two, while a full CRM build or ongoing lead-gen retainer runs on a weekly cadence we agree on upfront. I'll always give you a clear timeline before starting.

What tools do you work in?

GoHighLevel, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, advanced Google Sheets, and most CRM platforms. If your stack uses something specific, I'm quick to pick up new tools.

What's your timezone and availability?

I'm based in the Philippines (UTC+8). I keep regular overlap hours with US and EU teams and communicate clearly around timezone gaps — you'll never be left wondering when to expect a reply.

How do you communicate during a project?

Mostly async — Slack or email, with regular written updates so you always know where things stand. For kickoffs or check-ins, I'm happy to hop on a call.

How does pricing work?
